I spent 16 years in the United States Air Force. That kind of time doesn't just teach you discipline — it rewires how you think. You learn to show up when it matters. You learn to hold the line. You learn that most problems — in people and in organizations — come down to a lack of structure, clarity, and accountability.
When I came home, I didn't leave that behind. I built on it. I became a licensed barber and opened my own shop — Skilled Hands At Work — not just to cut hair, but to build something. The chair became one of the most consistent places I've been trusted with someone's real life. People slow down in the chair. They talk. Over the years, that trust became the foundation of everything else.
Today I operate as a Life Coach and Business Consultant. Two lanes, one mission. On the coaching side, I work with men navigating transitions — career changes, identity shifts, purpose gaps, veteran reentry. I help them get clear on who they are and build the internal structure to move with confidence. On the consulting side, I work with entrepreneurs, shop owners, and content creators who need to stop surviving and start scaling — building systems, clarifying strategy, and running their operation like a business.
I also run The Transition T.E.A.M. — a salon suite rental operation that gives licensed professionals the infrastructure to work independently. I create content for over 13,000 YouTube subscribers. I train dogs. I invest in dividend-producing assets. I father. I build.
Faith and family anchor everything. I move with purpose, not pressure. I don't force lanes — I stay ready for every opportunity that aligns with the mission. What I build is designed to last long after the moment passes.
